Role: Sales Manager
Based: Munich
Salary: €120K - €155K OTE
 
Reporting to the Country Manager for Germany you will be responsible for
managing direct sales for Southern Germany as well as managing a team of
people.  
 
Primary Duties
-         Specify and manage all direct sales programmes.
-         Manage remote and local account managers.
-         Work with the channel manager on the sales strategy for key
accounts.
-         Manage terms and conditions and pricing structure.
-         Identify and provide input on the development of appropriate
tools and procedures.
-         Identify and drive appropriate programmes to increase market
awareness
-         Establish and drive appropriate training programmes
-         Develop good working relationship with European sales and
marketing colleagues as well as channel sales personnel.
-         Will manage a team of 7 Account Managers in Southern Germany
 
Experience
-         Several years of sales/marketing management experience within
a fortune 500 oriented information security company (preferably
software).
-         Experience of designing and operating sales programmes
integrating full business strategy.
-         Action oriented with the ability to produce initiatives
quickly to ensure the company's competitiveness in a fast moving market.
-         A proven experience in doing business in Germany is required.
