Summary: Sedna BulkLoad operation opens XML files in exclusive mode

Initial Comment:
At least on Windows, when I run se_term -query "LOAD 'result.xml' 'result.xml'"
db, this results in the 'result.xml' file being opened (by Sedna) in an
exclusive mode. Meaning that other processes cannot even read this file (say I
cannot archive or copy it). I understand that it makes sense to prevent the
file from being changed by other processes, but there are file opening options
on Windows that allow many reading processes and no writing processes. IMO they
should be used instead.
