Event log seems ok, except it's truncated on the very last step. I've tried once again Sedna 3.3.55 on the clean Win 7 x64 and it works fine.
Do you have some network-specific software installed: antiviruses, sniffers, firewalls? Have you tried the latest development version? When it crashes does it write something on the screen?
