Hi, In order to use Sedna with dtSearch under Linux you will need to: 1. download Sedna with dtSearch support from here: http://modis.ispras.ru/FTPContent/sedna/dtsearch/sedna-3.4.66dt-bin-linux-x86.sh 2. download & install dtSearch evaluation dtSearch download page is here http://dtsearch.com/download.html but there is no link to linux evaluation, so I guess you will need to contact dtSearch ( http://dtsearch.com/contact.html ) the download you need is called "dtSearch Engine for Linux" on that page
after you download evaluation you need to do the following: - dtSearch Engine for Linux is packaged as an SFX archive, so you will need to run it to extract files, that will create a dir named dtsearch - change dir to dtsearch/lib and run script makelinks.sh - copy all files except makelinks.sh from this dir to /usr/lib (you need to be root to do that): cp lib* /usr/lib on windows you will need to download http://modis.ispras.ru/FTPContent/sedna/dtsearch/sedna-3.4.66dt-bin-win-x86.tar.gz and extract in to some directory then install dtSearch engine for windows then copy dten600.dll from dtSearch to sedna/bin (or make it available via PATH) On Mon, Dec 6, 2010 at 9:34 PM, Joshua W Hui <j...@us.ibm.com> wrote: > Hi > > Is there any instruction on how to install dtSearch to work with Sedna?
