Hi Julien,
We already fixed a similar issue. Unfortunately that fix is available only
in the latest development version (
http://modis.ispras.ru/FTPContent/sedna/development).
Do you have backup to restore your data from?
If you could provide us source data and complete event logs (via private
FTP, we guarantee to use that data only to debug) we would try to reproduce
and fix this problem (if it's not already fixed).
