Finally I managed to install the sedna rubygem under windows. I downloaded sedna-3.3.55-bin-win. In the driver/c you have to rename libsednamt.lib -> libsedna.lib sednamt.dll -> sedna.dll sednamt.lib -> sedna.lib I installed it using "gem install sedna -- --with-sedna-dir=path_to_unzipped_sedna.3.3.55".
