[SaF] Dimensional Software Package

Is there applications software available with dimensional references where
one could layout dimensional properties, then make changes to see the
affects?

I realize that builders must have this software for complex plans, I was
looking for a less complex version for  the home DIYer.  I want to build
shelves in a corner of a room, and wanted to see what different
configurations would look like.
