Yes, I am aware of that and this is probably what happened given the
fact that there was no message in the body of the post.

No offense and I understand your position.

HappyExe99.exe dates back to a discovery date of around January, 1999.
By mid 1999, most virus scanning software had protection against this
worm in their definition files.

My belief is that if someone today transmits HappyExe99, they are not
using adequate virus protection and diligence. If I were only
concerned about myself, I would have let it drop, but I have to look to
the interests of over 300 subscribers on our list. I find it always
best to first get the problem subscriber off the list; deal with the
problem offlist; and then when I am satisfied the problem has been
resolved, I will allow the subscriber to return to the list.

Now then, with the aid and advice of a friend and a member of our list,
I have inserted filters into our list configuration that hopefully will
prevent this from occuring again. We will try and bounce this stuff to
me, in the future. My grateful thanks to Duc M. Do for the suggestion.
:-)

In the meantime, Annalee, I will write the person I removed and try and
make way for his return to our list. :-)
