BroadPoint Communication's Freeway
Get up to 2 hours free long distance per month by listening to ads.
How it works is that you call your number and listen to a 15 second ad
and that earns you 2 free minutes. If you require more than a 2 minute
phone call, you can listen to several ads in a row and accumulate the
needed minutes for your call.

This service has other offers towards increasing your free long
distance time that involves doing business with their sponsors.
I have used the above service, so I can attest it works fine.

There is another similar service called "MyTalk"
http://www.mytalk.com/
MyTalk requires you to listen to 30 second ads for 2 free minutes of
LD. MyTalk has other services, such as having your e-mail read to you
over the phone or hearing voicemail messages on your PC.
I have no experience with MyTalk so I can't say how well it works.
