Would someone please help with some resources/links for academic,scholarly
and theoretical materials on "Bureaucracy" ?
[The term is a much-misused one -- for instance it is widely used as a
pejorative against governmental and large organisations : actually almost
*all* large systems and most smaller ones are bureaucratic in structure and
design. It's just that the problems of bureaucracy are more visible to the
public at large in the case of the large systems.]
