I was going crazy here. I could have sworn I had answered this
question before. I was searching all over our archives and could not
find a thing, but in my mind I was so sure I had already done this
research. LOL.
Then I remembered. You or someone had written me offlist a good while
ago asking for algebra resources. I wrote back advising you to
subscribe to the list and/or post your question to the list. I very
rarely do private research for anyone. Meanwhile, I did the research
and was holding the answers for you. But you or whoever never posted
and I forgot all about it.
