Hi there folks,
Just been on a trip to Papua / New Ginuea, and one of the things there that
caught my interest was the vanilla plant.
Have been looking for info as to the manufacturing of vanilla from the
vanilla leaves, as well as info about who the big suppliers of this "spice"
are. Found a wealth of info about the vanilla plant itself, but not about
what happens to the leaves afterwards!!!
Any help greatly appreciated.
P.S. As you can see, no one ate me on my trip.
