LL Bean was mentioned by one respondent.  I am looking in my LL Bean 
catalog and I see a windbreaker jacket that "packs into it's own 
pocket."  Item #LY33114  My particular catalog has it on sale.

Although it does not mention a sale, those prices there match the sale 
prices in my catalog.

Land's End.  Yesterday Eric gave a URL for a Land's End lightweight 
portable jackets that pack into it's pocket.  Land's End's jacket is 
much cheaper -- about 1/2 price the LL Bean.  The LL Bean is probably 
better constructed, so it would depend on your planned use as to which 
is the better choice.
