Hello Group:
This one's not as easy as you'd think. I need to know the relative
sweetness of various varieties of sweet corn like Silver Queen, Seneca
Chief, Bicolor etc etc. But I need numbers like grams of glucose of 100
gram or total carbohydrate. In short I need quantitative data. This is
not easy - I wrote to our state experiment station and their sweet corn
"expert" said blah blah - you'd of thought I was asking for his first
born child. Any help or direction would ne appreciated.
