lawyers.com can be used to locate a lawyer in many countries. Egypt is
listed among the countries in the search form. You can even set the
form to the area of practice (law) relative to your case.

As to the competency of the attorneys, I think we would be hard pressed
to find a site that rated Egyptian attorneys. However, lawyer.com does
have message boards and you could possibly sound out your query about
best lawyers in Egypt.
