First of all, do you see an icon in your control panel for Desktop
Themes? If yes click it. Do you have a Theme called "Underwater?"
See if that is the one you wanted to view.
It is entirely possible that themes vary from installation to
installation.
If you cannot find the exact theme you seek, you might consider a
collection of four themes called "Marine Benthos":
