[SaF] Dial -Up Connection

I have a dial up connection for internet.If the number is busy and I
wish to try at another telephone number, I have to manually change the
number in the dialog box.Can someone suggest a freeware software which
can dial automatically in sequence if the number connected is busy and a
feature for the software to play a sound/voice to alert that the
connection has been made.
