If you use IE5 follow the instructions found on this page-

** Note: The above URL is actually one continuous line and should be
entered into your browser's address box as one line.
If you aren't using IE5 then navigate to your Windows folder. In that folder
is your Favorites folder, just copy it to a disk, but check the size first.
You may need to divide it between several floppies.
