You did and we saw it. I worked over an hour on it yesterday. I read
through so many guitar FAQ's, my eyes were buggy. You would not
believe how MANY guitar faqs there are on the web. <BG> I also did
several searches through the web and visited a couple of dedicated
guitar sites. Nothing was clicking on your question.
I'll keep looking as time permits.
You might post your question to some of the guitar newsgroups on
USENET. Two that come to mind are:

I searched that site pretty good yesterday, but I might of missed
something. So you might explore that site, yourself.
