Once again, forming a corporation is done under state laws, so I would
advise you direct your search to your state web site.

Here is a very good expose' on forming a non-profit corporation:

CREATING A NON-PROFIT CORPORATION
by MICHAEL LYNN GABRIEL, ATTORNEY AT LAW
B.S., J.D., M.S.M., DIP. (Tax), LL.M. (Tax)

http://www.attorneyetal.com/Previews/NonPro.html

This is actually just a preview of the book by the same name, but there
is so much information on this page, that I think it will prove useful
to you without the full book.

Okay, here is a page with several excellent links for you to follow:

"How to Start a Non-Profit Organization"

http://www.newworkplace.com/nonprofit.html

(Scroll down to the Resources Section)

On that page is a link to this book sold at Amazon. For 14 bucks, it
might be worth your time to order it:

http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0816627770/anewworkpla/

Note: The above URL is actually one continuous line and should be
entered into your browser's address box as one line.

Here is another book they link to:

That book is $18.00.

Here is another helpful site:

The Non-Profit FAQ:

That page will link you to just about anything you'll need to form a
non-profit and much more related to non-profit organizations.
