Is there a site (web page, newsgroup, mailing list, etc.)
where a small business can turn for some free legal advice
(even if it is not binding) regarding federal and state
laws in the USA? I tried going to the web pages of the
federal/state agencies I am interested in, but it did not
do me much good. Even local associations like the chamber
of commerce are of limited help. I really need to find a
site where I can discuss in detail my questions.
