I'm looking for this program which sends a fake bounce message.
It is supposedly at www.er.uqam.ca/merlin/fg591543/bsm/ - but that's not
a valid URL. It was mentioned in a letter to the editor of Mobile
Computing and Communications September 2000 issue.
