The legs were not cut off but rather the chair was made this way. I was told
that this chair was made to hang on a wall. The seat is woven and I love it
but my curiosity grows the more I look at it. If anyone has any knowledge
about why this chair was made this way or what area or era it was made in
I'd appreciate it. I only paid $15.00 for it so any information about value
