Also I highly recommend the User to User Q&A Board
which can be located on the eBay site map under the
heading "HELP" . They are volunteer eBay users who
know more than most ebay employees. Sometimes if no
one has asked a question in a while they start
chatting and it can take a couple of posts to get
their attention. If one is a new ebay user...lurking
on that board is highly educational.
