There are dozens of email/poeple finder services on the internet.
However, finding an email address for anyone, let alone a minor child
is often very difficult. The odds of finding an email address for a
minor is very remote (IMHO). Consequently, I would recommend calling
the phone number that you already have using one of the free
international phone services available on the WWW. Alternatively,
you might be able to find someone in the local vicinity to call the
phone number.
