[SaF] Seeking allgov.gov

[Karlo Freeman]

One day last week I heard on NPR that the federal government was
opening a master web-site with links to absolutely every
department in the government.  I _thought_ they said the url was
"allgov.gov", but that's not the url--and I don't seem to find it
in Altavista.

Did anyone else hear that piece?
