[SaF] mailinf list about isp's

guys,
       I did search the net for an mailing list that discusses ISP's (not
necessarily free) and problems encountered with them. I would really
appreciate if anyone is able to dig up a high volume mailing list of such a
nature. As a matter of fact a news board or newsgroup discussion would also
do just as well.
      I do know about the existence of freenet mailing list, which I am
interested in only if there are no other alternatives.
