[SaF] Credit card applicatons

Hi... now that I am feeling so much better (THANK YOU DBCfour!!!) it is time
to get back to business.

I am looking for a credit card application on-line that offers a low rate on
balance transfers and and a low fixed rate after the balance transfer rate
has expired with no annual fee. I am not going to be making purchases with
this card so the rate on purchases doesn't matter. I just have to get the
APR down on my credit card!
