Alright, need some help!

I am in college and did the typical college thing and ran up
some debt in credit cards and now I'm struggling. I am
living in an apartment so I have even more bills now. My parents
went through some debt trouble way back when and would
absolutely HIT THE FAN if they knew that I had gone out and
done what they specifically told me for years not to. While they
WOULD pay off the debt it is not even an option to talk to them
about it. Also, I would NEVER hear the end of it and things are
not in dire straits yet. ALMOST but not yet.

I'm desperate to get this under control. I'm not spending anymore
money on the cards but trying to pay multiple of them at a time, on
top of my regular bills--I'm fighting a vicious circle and none of the
balances are coming down. I would take out a loan but I don't have
any collateral big enough (my car was recently transferred into my
name but my father has the title so I can't use that) to support a
loan the size that I need. (about $4000) It's not that bad but I MUST get
it paid off ASAP.

What I need is advice. ANY advice. I'm working on a budget now but what
I really would like is some type of consolidation of bills. I don't know
where
to begin to look for help on such issues so I thought I would ask all of
you!
It would be great to get all of these bills pooled to one payment monthly.
Even if it is a high amount...I would STILL save money. Any help is
appreciated!!
Thanks for your time!
