Useing WIN98, with 256 MB RAM, I am trying to 
reinstall a web cam that worked perfectly.

When I go to the Device Manager sometimes it 
reads

USB

Ali PCI to USB Open Host Controller

USB Root Hub

I have reinstalled windows twice with the same results.

Please help
