[SaF] files

I just did a virus scan and my computer had a virus, W95.MTX, all the
files were fixed except for two which could not be fixed and were
quarantined. The two files are

WIN32.exe and IE_PACK.exe

Are these two files important ? Do I really need them ? If so, can I get
them somewhere on the internet?
