Most Mac users have a copy of Aladdin's Stuffit Expander which can 
extract zip archives that you would create on your PC with any number 
of programs, such as WinZip.

You might even consider downloading either the freeware version or the 
shareware products "Stuff-it for Windows" and "DropZip for Windows".  
With the shareware version, you can create archives in the .sit or .hqx 
versions that Mac users trade among themselves.  The freeware version 
would only allow you to extract .sit and .hqx archives.
