Casting good Karma and Zen to everyone (in between bouts of laughter). :o)~~

I stopped over a bud's house the other day who was MORE than thrilled to also
add some insight on this subject. He also claims that, in older times, Kosher
was ONLY in relation to meats, and meant the act of blessing the meat
before it was killed. However now, Kosher also implies a means of cleanliness
and preparation in association to all foods. Cool huh?

Thanks for the GREAT site, as well, Alan... it was very enlightening :o)

Peace

about things that we know so little about. The about.com Juddaism site I
referenced can teach you about Kosher and other Jewish traditions and
history. Never hurts to learn about the other person's religion.
