Your isp may or may not have a news server. If they do, there should be
information about it on their website. Typically, the servers name would bw
nntp.yourisp.com or news.yourisp.com. The server will probably require a
password and username. You can use the netscape newsreader or outlook
express to read the news postings. If your isp does not have a news server,
