[SaF] S&F Annual favorite issue

Hello Alan ,
I naticed that some of the questions and answers are very interesting and informative 
that need be collected and grouped in a single long favorite issue that can be 
released annually or quarterly , you can call it top picks , editors choice ..etc .
how do you see this idea ?
