It would seem on the surface, that your question is not appropriate to
our list, for it appears you are asking us to help you steal broadcast
satellite signals that normally require a fee to descramble. So I hope
you will understand if I not research this for you.
If anyone wants to help you, I would ask they do so in private.
If I am off base on my assumption here, please clarify this for me and
I will reconsider.
