[SaF] Template for categorizing Netscape bookmarks

I have literally 2500 e-mails from Alan's other list, Netsites
(understandably I dropped out of it temporarily!) that I'd like
to categorize within my bookmark file in Netscape.  I haven't
had this kind of task since I worked in a library to help cover
my college expenses years ago!  Is there some kind of template
(in any form, not necessarily HTML) for creating categories in
which I can place ALL these sites??
