Hi Alan,

These aren't quite what I wanted - I was looking more for something like flowerbase
(for carnations and lillies) where I could see different kinds of the same flowers
with identifications of theirname.

Carnations -- click over the thumbnails:

http://www.snap-shot.com/pages/flower/carnations.html

~~

Daisies - also at snap-shot.com:

~~

Visit Picturesof.net for pictures of...flowers:

http://www.picturesof.net/_flowers/flowers_index.html

Use the search box there and type in daisy and ah...dern....no
carnation, tarnation.

~~

Here is a nice picture of a spread of red carnations in the wild:

~~

Here are the Daisys Screen Saver:

http://www.tayjeesoft.com/flowerlink.html

They used to have a carnations screen saver but I don't see it now.

~~

Mucho daisies on this page. Give 'em time to load:

http://www.photovault.com/Link/OrdersFlowers/Daisies.html

These pictures are stunning but the site owner ruins them with
watermarks and other copyright garbage.

Here is a nice picture of carnations in a vase:
