Hello... In the medical profession, we use bag balm on chemotherapy and radiationtherapy patient's skin. Some of these therapies can cause aweful sores and the active ingredient in Bag Balm (and in a cream called Udderly Smooth) helps to protect the underlying new skin to keep it from drying out before it can be revealed.
