The best presentation software packages are generally expensive
programs such as Microsoft's PowerPoint.
If you think you can get by with it, you can make use of a freeware
program like IrfanView and make a slideshow from pictures you have on
hand.

If you can manage a very, very large download, then Sun's freeware
office suite, StarOffice, has a presentation component called
"StarOffice Impress". There is also a drawing component called
"StarOffice Draw."
