[SaF] richard simmons masters series collector dolls -- and doll sculpter cruise information needed

does anyone know where I can find out the names of
each of the doll artists that do versions of their dolls for the
Richard Simmons "Masters Series" of Collector Dolls...

and where can I get more info on the cruise he is 
having this fall for the Doll Sculpters ? I couldn't find
anything about it on his website and I wrote to the
eMail contact address on the site more than once over the past
30 days and have never gotten a response....
