[SaF] CD Liner Note Size

Hello Everyone!!

Does anyone know the pixel/image size (for graphics purposes) of a CD liner 
note?  For example resolution is 800x600. I can't seem to shrink (or enlarge) 
an image to fit a CD case perfectly. 
Front liner note =  ? x ? 
and the rear liner note  =  ? x ?

I'm sure they sell CD Liner notes pre-cut in the computer store, but I wanna 
make it myself.   :o)
