The answer is no, however, the reason lies in your definition of "related".
If by related you mean owned by the same entities or partners in the ISP
market then the answer is no.  In fact, Prodigy appears to hate AOL.  Here

Now if by "related" you mean that they both provide proprietary software
and/or offer online content, then up until recently the answer would have
been yes.  As of today, however, the answer is no.  Prodigy used to offer a
service called Prodigy classic that like AOL came with its own software that
connected you to the Internet and then provide you will easy to click links
that led to their online content.  In October of 1999 Prodigy closed its
failing Prodigy Classic service.  Read about that here:
