[SaF] Checking up on a doctor

My mother was just diagnosed with cancer and I want to check out her doctor

  I thought I once had a place bookmarked where I could look up a doctor 
and I could see if there were any malpractice suits or any other "red 
flags" on him/her...is there such a place??
