Ah...
Tough question.
I feel sure that there are and have been fan sites where the object
of worship posted some response, although I would also expect that to
be rare. In this day and age, celebrities have to be mindful of
their own anonymity and safety. I hope you will forgive me, but I
don't have to time to visit thousands of fan sites to peek into their
guestbooks. I'll have to leave that to you. :-)
Where a site is designated as "Official" for some celebrity, you
usually can find some canned commentary "in their own words" from the
star of the site. So if you are looking for a celebrity, use the
word +Official with the Celeb's name.
As for the Academy Awards, usually sites such as E! Online, People
Magazine and the like, have on-site polls following the Academy
Awards. You might visit ABC.com, as well. Even the Academy Awards
sites have an email address to where you can write and voice your
opinion.
But I have a GREAT site in mind for Jose Canseco and Mark McGuire. I
don't know the URL yet because that is the future site that YOU are
going to build. :-)
