I agree that Napster's size is the key. People can borrow CD's from the library or a
friend and tape or burn CD copies of them -they even sell CD burners for stereos (no
pc needed).
You can even copy your OWN CD's to have one in the car and one in the house.
People taped records long before Napster was thought of, people will continue to copy
things. You can Xerox an entire book, but no one thinks to do that just to get a copy.

To my knowledge, the only reason that Napster is getting hit is because they
became so huge. There are plenty of other ways that the same thing happens
without Napster.
