Not with the common 56k connection in most cases. Allegedly there
was one company that was trying to improve that situation, but I
think they either weren't a free service, or their quality was/is
no better than Real or Windows Media.
If you have broadband, which I suppose is available on some level
in that part of the world (western Pacific rim), I can think of
only one company here in the States that might be of help,
