I realize that this is not the best place to ask this question, but I don't
know where else to turn. I would like to start using Outlook Express as my
e-mail program. I think I can figure most of it out. However, after I tell
Express my e-mail address and the name of the server (which I would currently
like to use as an IMAP), I'm still unable to download messages onto my
computer. I do get a message that says, "No folders have been downloaded for
this IMAP account. Would you like to refresh the folder list?" When I click
on Yes, it says, "You must first connect to your account in order to perform
this operation." I am connected to the internet, currently through AOL, and I
have told Express so. What do I do now?
