Hello everybody,

after pressing a combination of keys while typing
something like *a number in degree*, some keys on
my notebook "Toshiba Satellite 200CDS" became
blocked. These are the "3", "e", "c", "d" keys, so
I cannot even perform the "format c:" command in
order to format the "c" disk.

I deleted everything from the C disk but the
blocked keys phenomenon persist.

I suspect I gave my computer a command which
blocked the keys but I don't know how to unblock
them if this is the case. I can't also use the
left Ctrl, Alt keys.
