[SaF] Usenet server - post, NOT read?

A while back somebody (I forget who) tipped me off to a Usenet
server which accepted posts to a rather-large number of groups
(I'm not ASS-uming the binary ones to be included), but which
does NOT open groups for reading!  Allegedly one can access
this server in the usual way with Netscape, which I use.

Anybody know about this?
